Terms of Service / 服务条款

By accessing or using WaygroundEscaper (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Service.
访问或使用 WaygroundEscaper（以下简称“本服务”），即表示您同意受本服务条款（以下简称“条款”）的约束。如果您不同意本条款的任何部分，请立即停止访问并使用本服务。

WaygroundEscaper is an educational and experimental digital project developed solely for learning, research, and technical exploration. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• Paid Activation: Provides "Permanent" access. For these Terms, "Permanent" refers to access for as long as the Service remains operational. It does not guarantee future updates, continued compatibility, or feature expansion.
  付费激活： 提供“永久”访问权。在本条款中，“永久”是指在服务运营期间访问服务的权利。这并不保证未来的更新、持续的兼容性或功能的扩展。

4. Payments and Refund Policy / 支付与退款政策

All payments are processed through encrypted third-party payment providers. We do not store sensitive financial data.

Final Sale: Due to the intangible and digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to project discontinuation or third-party platform changes.
最终销售： 鉴于本服务的无形及数字性质，所有销售均为最终交易。在任何情况下（包括但不限于项目中止或第三方平台变更），均不予退款、退费或更换。

5. Acceptable Use Policy / 合法使用政策

You strictly agree NOT to / 您严格同意不进行以下行为：

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract protected code or logic.

• Redistribute, resell, or share licenses/activation codes with unauthorized parties.
  分发、转售或与未经授权的第三方分享许可/激活码。
• Use the Service for commercial resale or to intentionally disrupt third-party platforms.
  将本服务用于商业转售，或故意干扰第三方平台。
• Interfere with the Service’s security, authorization, or rate-limiting mechanisms.
  干扰本服务的安全、授权或速率限制机制。

6. Intellectual Property / 知识产权

All content, code, branding, and materials related to WaygroundEscaper remain the exclusive intellectual property of the project author(s). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service; no ownership rights are transferred.
与 WaygroundEscaper 相关的所有内容、代码、品牌和材料均为项目作者的专属知识产权。您被授予使用本服务的有限、非排他、不可转让的许可；不涉及任何所有权的转让。

7. Third-Party Disclaimer / 第三方免责声明

The Service may interact with or rely on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any changes, bans, or limitations imposed by these third parties. Your use of third-party platforms in conjunction with our Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaygroundEscaper and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction / 管辖法律与司法管辖权

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
本条款应受香港特别行政区法律管辖并按其解释。因本条款引起的任何争议应由香港法院专属管辖解决。

11. Termination / 访问终止

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms or any conduct deemed detrimental to the Service.

These terms only applys to use if to users who are consumers residing in the European Union (EU), as defined under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

• WaygroundEscaper is classified as digital content delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped..

• The Service is experimental in nature. Compatibility with specific devices, platforms, browsers, or third-party services is not guaranteed.

• By completing the purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge and agree that once access is granted, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and other applicable EU consumer protection laws.
